Selecting  the above referenced CD-ROM course for your real estate education medium, provides the opportunity for completion in the comfort of your own surroundings and at your pace. The Dearborn Real Estate Education CD-ROM  for this selected course has been approved by the State of Florida and is widely used. The cost of this course is $169. In addition to the CD-ROM,  the following materials are provided:

                             *A copy of the tutorial information ( also provided on the CD-
                                      ROM )              
                             * Florida post-license regulations for your review;
                             *Affidavit-- attesting to the work in this course is your own , please sign,
                                      date, and fax  back to me at 239-498-0199;
                             *A summary of important information that you should know for the final
                                      exam administered at the end of this course;
                             *Suggested course time line for study.

 If interested the text book that is used in the classroom course can be purchased separately  for $50.

Just as a reminder, the same rules apply for the CD-ROM course as those for classroom sessions. The final exam is a closed book test that you must get 75% correct, otherwise you will be required to wait 30 days before taking a different final exam.  Refer to
Chapter 2, License Law and Qualifications for Licensure, specifically “ regulations pertaining to post- license course ”, if you desire further information on this matter.
